Currently seeking a Legal Specialist for a personal injury law firm in Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Handling caseload from start to close and serving as the main point of client contact
• Complete case functions to increase settlement value and drive case towards settlement.
• Advocate for clients’ needs medically, ensuring they can receive the best care possible
• Responsible for medical case management, responding to medical providers, and developing action plans with clients

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of personal injury legal support
• Strong knowledge of law and legal processes
• Experience in handling a pending inventory of cases
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus- not required

Compensation/Benefits:

• $50,000-$65,000 annual salary, based on experience
• 25 days of PTO
• Health insurance
