Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join the team of one of our highly esteemed Fortune 500 clients. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to a high performing team of Financial Advisors, serving as a key point of contact for financial inquiries and transactions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team environments and are interested in building a career in the financial services industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to a large team of Financial Advisors by embodying client-centric values and delivering stellar experiences with every interaction
  • Support advisors calling in with questions, concerns, and other matters related to commission and compensation systems and disbursements
  • Conduct thorough research and utilize multiple databases to provide accurate solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution, while emphasizing a team-oriented approach
  • Engage in regular coaching sessions, career development activities, and participate in events to connect with colleagues and build a sense of community


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience within investment/banking services
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license required or must be obtained within first few months of the role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously


Pay:

  • $20 - $22 /hr


Location:

  • Tempe, AZ 85281
  • HYBRID, 3 days in office & 2 days at home


Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
