This role does not involve creative work but requires candidates comfortable with repetitive tasks and working with data daily. Ideal candidates have experience in legal, banking, finance, or manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route marketing materials for regulatory and legal review.
• Ensure compliance with documented procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Quality/regulatory background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow documented procedures with precision.
• Experience with RoboHead and PromoMats is a plus.
