The Service Contracts Specialist will be responsible for managing service and installation agreements, processing contract renewals, and supporting revenue forecasting. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, assisting with billing issues, and ensuring accurate contract execution to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service agreements, installations, renewals, and warranty updates.
- Assist with revenue forecasting and cost management.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Managers and Project Managers to resolve issues.
- Support partners and vendors with billing and payment concerns.
- Ensure timely execution of contract documents and purchase orders.
- Maintain customer inventory and process change requests.
- Utilize Salesforce and Google Suite for contract processing and data management.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree with 1-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or account management.
- Skills: Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.
- Basic financial understanding and ability to forecast revenue.
- Experience working cross-functionally within an organization.
