Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SolMan, etc.).

? Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

? Manage user access, roles, and authorizations.

? Handle SAP transport management and backup/recovery processes.

? Support system upgrades, patches, and migrations.

? Collaborate with functional and development teams to resolve system issues.

? Proficiency in SAP BASIS, S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is essential.

? Knowledge of SAP ECC, NetWeaver, HANA Database, and Cloud Integration is a plus.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

? Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.

? Plan and implement SAP S/4 upgrades (kernel, SPS, EHP, patches) and new implementations as required.
