A very successful PE fund has requested our support on a very specific search.

This address is growing rapidly and thus looking for reinforcements in the legal department.

This role has a large degree of independence and responsibility and thus requires someone with a dynamic mentality that would readily undertake challenging, and diverse topics within the regulatory world.

This role is not transactional so the successful candidate would have to be prepared to deal with a variety of non-transactional tasks. It has virtually no M&A exposure.

The ideal candidate would bring:

• JD from a accredited school
• 5+ years of professional experience ideally at a PE fund but would also consider backgrounds from banks or major law firms
• Strong experience on financial regulatory topics and ideally compliance related topics
• Previous exposure to SEC and FCA questions and regulations and able to deal with the respective exams
• Willingness to take on further compliance topics

• Salaries in the $300,000 - $400,000 (total comp) + co-investment options and potential "carry" discussions
