Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Shifts Available: 1st (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM), 2nd (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), 3rd (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $39/hr - $42/hr + Shift Differential
Shift Differential: +$1.50/hr (2nd shift) | +$3.00/hr (3rd shift)
Potential Start Date: Beginning/Mid-April
Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art baking facility. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing high-speed production and packaging equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
- Work with CMMS for maintenance tracking and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, SQF, and company safety standards.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to reduce downtime.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and performance optimization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems (PLC, VFDs, robotics).
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and CMMS software.
- Ability to diagnose pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, and safety circuits.
- High school diploma/GED required; technical certifications are a plus!
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
Additional Details:
- Must be available for 2-3 weeks of training on 1st shift before moving to assigned shift.
