What you'll do:

• Must be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving of all common mechanical systems up to 50 tons.
• Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Perform related work as assigned.
• Assist our install teams as needed.
• Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
• Maintain understanding of company repair policies and pricing.
• Ability to discuss repair options with clients and present estimates.
• Ability to learn and utilize all company software applications.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a regular basis, work outdoors, climb ladders

We hope you:

• 5+ years' experience.
• Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Friendly, personable, and responsible team player
• Possess own basic hand tools
• Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade
• Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems
• Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's trade
• Ability to read, understand, and work from schematics
• Universal EPA certified
• OSHA Certification (preferred)
• Be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift and move 50lbs regularly throughout the day
