Fleet Manager

The Fleet Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and manages a team that includes supervisors, coordinators, dispatchers, and drivers. You will ensure smooth communication with both internal and external customers and be accountable for coordinating schedules in a timely and cost-efficient manner. You will also ensure safe operations and for employees to meet quality standards. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or transportation, with experience in the construction trucking industry preferred. Pay Rate: $120-150K

Requirements & Responsibilities for the Fleet Manager:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in construction trucking is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office Programs, is highly desired.

Compensation for the Fleet Manager:

• Direct Hire
• Location: Onsite in Frisco, TX
• Salary: $120-150K/yr, based on experience
