We're seeking a top-tier Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Cavcas Restaurant , our prestigious new restaurant opening soon in Beverly Hills! As the Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operation, overseeing all aspects of our high-end dining experience and ensuring that every guest receives the utmost in luxury service. From managing the front-of-house team to orchestrating flawless service, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our entire team, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff, to deliver exceptional service and uphold our standards
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover and maximizing revenue
- - Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cavcas Restaurant , fostering positive relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a management role at a high-end restaurant
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service techniques, wine service, and menu presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges
