Job Summary
- Inside Sales of new valve automation distribution products and packages
- Inside Sales for Service to support repair services
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Information handled will include RFQ’s, Processing Day to Day Repair Work, Expediting Repair Work through shops and provide customer updates per their requirements, Technical Assistance/Support, Factory Support, Technical Product Support, Delivery Expediting
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
- Participate in the after hour and weekend ‘On-Call’ rotation
- Source Repair Services, Product and Product information for customers
- Some travel for training/meetings may be required
Qualifications
- BS in a Technical Discipline is preferred Minimum 10+ years of Inside Sales experience in an industrial equipment repair environment – preferably Control Valve or Valve Automation
- An understanding of Project Level sales processes is also preferred
- A Technical Certification/Degree in an appropriate discipline from a Vo-Tech organization will be considered
