Job Description

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Recruiting Manager to lead and oversee our recruitment team, facilitating the entire life cycle of recruiting for a large-scale, multi-location organization. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing recruiting strategies that focus on data analytics, diversity, quality, and productivity. As a key leader, you will partner with general managers and senior leadership across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience. Travel is required, with up to 75% travel expected, and the position requires proximity to the Houston Airport HUB for daily onsite work.


Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Houston, TX (Proximity to Houston Airport HUB required; travel up to 75% expected)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing coaching and development to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, leveraging data analytics to drive results.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness, forecast challenges, and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with general managers and key stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Cultivate a strong employer brand aligned with company culture to improve talent acquisition.
  • Manage vendor contracts (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor) and maintain a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, particularly ADP.
  • Research and understand salary and wage trends across the U.S. to ensure competitive offers.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and incorporate best practices into recruiting processes.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business-related experience in Recruiting, Project Management, or Human Resources.
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years managing a large recruiting team across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of ADP applicant tracking systems and vendor management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies focused on data-driven results.
  • Knowledge of salary and wage trends across the U.S. and ability to conduct research as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
