    Job Details
  • Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
  • Appropriately assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
  • Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
  • Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
  • Circulates during C/Sections, attends deliveries assisting the physician as needed.
  • Follows appropriate policies during the recovery and care of surgical patients.
  • Attends the neonatal station in the C/Section suite and completely assesses the neonate post delivery.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications; must be attached to submission (Must be through the American Heart Association), RQI not accepted.
  • Must have Basic Fetal Monitoring within 6 months.
  • Must have Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring with recert every 2 years or equivalent certification; must be attached to submission.
  • Must have STABLE certification; must be attached to submission.
  • Must have WY RN license, must be attached to resume.
  • Must have 2 years recent RN Nursery & L&D experience.
