Role: Paid Social Lead

Location: Union County, NJ (onsite)

Salary: $90-120k DOE

Clutch has a client looking for a Paid Social Media Lead with agency experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute strategies, plans, and buys for our clients
• Lead a team, fostering development through mentoring and training
• Contribute to creative ideas to drive growth and build client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with trends and report to clients
• Develop and present social media plans and presentation decks
• Deliver training on paid social programs across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Develop an understanding of brands and communicate how paid social is beneficial
• Manage team of analysts, and grow them into social media experts
• Assist predictive analytics of social media
• Utilize tools to develop strategies and analyze audience segments
• Have thorough knowledge of regulated industries and how social media can be utilized within them
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create messaging
• Implement social media analytics tools to analyze content

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a media agency, specializing in social media
• Expertise in paid social media planning and buying
• Strong leadership skills, including operations and team management
• Strong presentation and communication skills required
• Previous experience making recommendations based on data analysis
• Bachelor’s in communication, media, marketing, or similar
• Experience with family-focused industries preferred
