Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of civil litigation and insurance coverage matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and solutions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a law firm setting, with a focus on civil litigation and insurance coverage.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality legal writing.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar is required.
