We are seeking an experienced Senior Premier Client Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. In this role, you’ll deliver personalized insurance solutions, ensuring top-notch client satisfaction and seamless service with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-net-worth clients, managing all aspects of their insurance needs.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews to ensure adequate coverage and address any gaps.
- Provide expert advice on homeowners, auto, umbrella, fine art, jewelry, and other specialized coverages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, recommending solutions based on evolving needs.
- Policy Administration:
- Oversee new policy placements, renewals, and endorsements.
- Work with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date client documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage claims processes, advocating for clients and ensuring swift resolution.
- Business Development:
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
- Assist the sales team in acquiring new high-net-worth clients.
- Represent the firm at networking events and industry conferences to generate new business leads
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor junior account managers and support staff.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance client service.
- Contribute to best practices and process improvements within the Private Client Services team.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in personal insurance, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
- Proven success in managing complex portfolios and providing exceptional client service.
- Experience negotiating with underwriters and carriers.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
- Professional designations like CPCU, ARM, or CIC are a plus.
