Job Title: Employment Defense Attorney (3-7 Years)

Location: Hybrid Remote (Irvine, CA)

Salary: $150,000 - $210,000/year

Job Description:

A mid-sized regional law firm seeks an experienced Employment Defense Attorney to handle a wide range of employment-related litigation matters, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace claims. Hybrid remote/in-office options are available after training.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree and California Bar membership required.
• 3-7 years of employment defense litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Extensive experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
