Center city Bar/Restaurant seeks experience bar manager. Indidvidual must be a energetic,fun, motivated,with a great personality.
Basic responsibilities:
-ability to create and maintain specialty craft cocktail list, beer,wine program
-must have min 2 years in management liquor,beer,wine,food knowledge
-assist with bartender scheduling
-work 2-3 bartending shifts
-maintain control liquor inventory pars and ordering , pick up of liquor if needed.
-build / maintain relationships with local Liquor,wine & beer reps
Assisting in management with opening and closing bar/restaurant
(Must be Ramp Certified)
Weekly base salary, hourly + tips
(additional bonuses on performance)
