Position Details:
- Specialty: Neurological Surgery
- Location: Rockford, IL
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; One weekend per month
- Call: None required
- Case Mix: All adult patients
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Active Illinois license (IL), DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting
Role Overview:
- Collaborate with neuro-interventional doctors within a comprehensive stroke program
- Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days
