Position Highlights:

Role: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Salary: $30-$35/hr (depending on previous experience as a PTA/DoR)

Location:

• 2-3 days at Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney, TX
• 2-3 days at outpatient orthopedic clinic in McKinney, Allen, or Plano, TX.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing customized treatment plans for patients in assisted living and outpatient settings.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients on safe exercise techniques and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain therapy areas and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the state of Texas.
• Experience working with seniors or in outpatient settings is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
