• Location: 1 hr, 20 minutes from Rochester, NY
• Facility: 35 beds in the ED using EPIC EMR.
• Coverage needed: Flexible shift options include 12 hour or 24 hour shifts with single provider coverage.
• ER Volume: 26 patients per day, 9500 per year. Shift hours for both physician and APP. Does not include fast track area in the ED.
• CPR Certs required: ACLS and BLS
• Board Certifiication required, and active NY license
