Regional Vice President, East Coast

Job Overview:

The Regional VP, East Coast is responsible for leading Quixote stage leasing and production services divisions in Atlanta, New York/New Jersey, and New Orleans. This role will have full P&L responsibility for these markets and will be charged with growing profits by i) fostering and guiding the in-market teams in their sales efforts, ii) exploring partnerships and other business development opportunities that improve utilization of rental assets, iii) exploring opportunities to expand service offerings in each market, and iv) improving operational processes and efficiency. This role will oversee general managers in each of these three markets, and support integration of existing operations within the region. This role will report to the SVP, Sales & Business Development, and will be an extension of the Quixote corporate headquarters, responsible for supporting and growing the overall corporate mission.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and sustain high performing sales team capable of generating new business, cross selling, supporting, and promoting all company services.
  • Coach and foster market GMs to ensure they and their teams are performing at the highest level.
  • Set sales and operations targets and keep GMs accountable for achieving them.
  • Pursue new business development, and partner with corporate development team to develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a point of contact between the east coast markets and corporate headquarters, ensuring each market benefits from the resources and expertise of the company.
  • Analyze and define the go-to market strategy within each market in partnership with the SVP, Sales and Business Development.
  • Roll out standardized corporate process flows across all locations ensuring a focus on safety, service, cash, and cost.
  • Lead the integration, upgrades, and maintenance of all facilities and assets as needed, to ensure all operations are running efficiently and effectively. Partner with our corporate real estate team to achieve these goals.
  • Responsible for internal and external communication, ensuring corporate goals are clear within the region and that business objectives are met.
  • Proactively build and develop external relationships within the industry to help develop business growth and continuity in the region.
  • Ensure all operations are optimally staffed and organized to maximize customer service, performance, and quality while mentoring and building talent pipeline through associate development.
  • Develop tactical and strategic plans to drive asset utilization and business growth, including ensuring each market procures the right assets to be successful.
  • Travel to East Coast locations (up to 50%)


What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years' experience in the entertainment industry or related field.
  • 8+ years' managerial experience, including sales and/or P&L responsibility.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with any rental software/Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/CRM (proprietary internal platform).

Hollywood, CA with frequent travel to each of the east coast market locations

Compensation:

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment. In compliance with the California Law, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.

Quixote Studios reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, considering the wide variety of factors listed above.
