Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a digital agency or related industry
• Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
