- Distribution of the NYCC Agenda and Minutes to the different recipients at NY and HO levels, maintain the distribution list; archive the files in Agenda and in the Depshare.
- Create presentations and diverse reports, maintain the RPC organization chart
- Ernst & Young audit: coordination of EY's requests with the Group Heads, distribution of the files and management of responses to EY's requests
- Respond to diverse admin requests from the head office.
General administrative duties for RPC NY- Travel planning (flights, hotels, car service), restaurant booking, meal ordering and entertainment/event planning
- Assistance to RPC NY Managers to prepare their HO visit (meeting agendas,...)
- Meeting organization for RPC manager
- Assistance to head office visitors: sign in visitors with the building front desk, organize the visits agenda with the different stakeholders
- Assistance to the on-boarding of new employees (coordination with HR and IT to make sure the admin and hardware are set up ahead of the new employee arrival
- Process expense reports, order supplies (WB Mason) and manage diverse office needs with the PCS team (confidential bins, copier maintenance, etc.)
- Event planning and organization
