What's the Role?We're looking for a Chief of Staff to join our leadership team and and be responsible for optimizing operations, and advance strategic initiatives at Glow. This role will ensure that our CEO Makes the most of their time, receives critical information at the right junctures, and fosters effective follow up processes. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will play a key role in enhaning the CEO's effectiveness and driving the success of Glow.
You'll be responsible for:- Work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership to streamline processes, execute special key projects, and facilitate seamless integration across various work streams, enhancing communication between leadership and the wider organization.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with Glow's CEO to shape and refine the overarching goals and strategic initiatives.
- Executive Liason: Act as a bridge between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating priorities and decisions.
- Project Leadership: Lead the coordination of cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution and accountability throughout the startup.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide actionable insights that support decision-making at all levels of the startup.
- Transparent Communication: Develop and deliver clear and concise communications on behalf of the CEO, facilitating alignment and understanding among team members.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress toward strategic objectives, offering regular updates and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Problem Anticipation: Anticipate potential issues and challenges, offering proactive solutions and strategic guidance to the CEO.
You'll be a good fit if you:- Have experience in a strategic advisory or operational role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategy, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to driving positive change within the startup ecosystem.
- Please note: This role is onsite in our San Francisco Office 5 days a week
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
