DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Schedule and coordinate the activities of all service crew members
2. Ensure that the project crews follow safety guidelines and further develop the property service teams' safety culture including
3. Continue to develop the service team skillsets, develop training programs and provide direct hands on mentoring when required
4. Continually seeking ways to improve productivity, eliminate errors with the ultimate goal being to improve the property satisfaction rating
5. Interface with the General Manager weekly to both establish action planning as well as monitor the service department performance as it relates to property goals.
6. Monitors team performance, production, efficiency and quality metrics to ensure that goals are met and supporting overall team quality and training efforts
7. Provides training and coaching support to reinforce successful team member behaviors and identify opportunities for performance improvement
8. Ensures adherence to departmental and/or operations policies, procedures and practices;
9. Assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management.
OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for use of judgment, and compliance with policies and procedures. Must be both a team player and self-starter.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
Direct supervision of service technicians, service administration staff, yard and general labor. Supervise any and all sub contractors utilized by the site directly or indirectly.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Five (5) to ten (10) years related progressive experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
3. Factory OEM Training and Certification a Plus.
4. Comfortable in a sales driven environment requiring both inside and outside efforts in order to achieve goals.
5. Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite skills required;
6. Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment;
7. Must have strong organization skills to be able to prioritize projects and deliver quality results within tight time constraints;
8. Highly motivated team player driven to achieve excellence;
9. Strong ability to develop partnerships with internal clients/others;
10. Good presentation, facilitation and computer skills;
