Provides Geriatric and Primary Care services to residents at home and in facilities for Valley ‘s Senior Health Partners. The position is responsible for the clinical excellence of the primary care services and for developing programs aimed at population health management.

Position Requirement:
- M.D or D.O from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy from a recognized institution
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine,
- A valid New Jersey State Medical license, DEA, and CDS is required.
- BLS required, and ACLS preferred
- Maintains CME credit hours as required for Board Certification and/or hospital staff privileges
