Role

You will be the face of the company in the LA region!

To do this, you will take ownership of the sale of repairs, maintenance, waterproofing and re-roofing services across the territory. You will be looking after current customers, as well as bringing in new accounts through your own lead generation and networking.

You will be supported in your route to market and expected to make phone-calls, arrange in-person meetings, prepare and deliver presentations at board meetings, host client events and lunches.

Essentials
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of outside sales
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • A track-record of account management and winning new business
  • Familiarity with the HOA industry is desirable
  • Background in construction or roofing sales would be advantageous
  • Above all else, you must be team-oriented, dedicated and ready to take on being the face of the company
