Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Fowler Packing Company, Peelz Citrus, and Samsons Grapes
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy
• Manage brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
• Capture and share content from internal and external events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts for brands
• Strong creative and innovative thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams
• Proactive and driven with a strategic mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in content creation, including photography and video production, is a plus
• Expertise in social media advertising and paid promotions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time
