The Finance function is led by a Chief Financial Officer and is comprised of approximately 60 individuals, whose career development and growth are of utmost importance to all. The Finance family is looking for a Manager FP&A to join its Canadian Finance Teams. Located in Montreal, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Vietnam, the Finance team is a key function for decision making with a company growing globally within more than 50 countries.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in a senior role. As a strong communicator and skilled financial advisor, you will manage two FP&A senior Analysts and support key ad hoc corporate initiatives.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assists the Sr. Director FP&A in directing the organization's FP&A Functions.
  • Manages the full budget and reporting cycle, including monthly, quarterly reporting for both management results and fully consolidated results for various legal entities.
  • Work directly with Finance Business Partners (FBP) across organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the annual calendar for all reporting and forecasting cycles
  • Coordinate all the activities regarding forecast & Budget with all the FBP and their teams
  • Prepare and Review the Board presentations (including MD&A, Financial Reports and Forecasts)
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in support to CFO office
  • Develop and maintain KPI to monitor overall group performance with a clear focus on leading indicators
  • Actively support the Long Range Forecast and Strat Plan process
  • Develop & implement process in link with rolling forecast
  • Play a key role in OneStream implementation and act a change management ambassador to transform reporting & planning practices at Pharmascience.
  • Implement dashboard & robust leading indicators to support management reporting


Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting
  • Professional accounting certification or MBA
  • 10+ years accounting experience
  • 5+ years in senior-level accounting role or as Finance Manager
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and preparing board quality presentation
  • Financial modeling expereince
  • Capable to create & maintain a strong internal network
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent management requests with confidence
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Environment, Excel & PowerPoint, SAP and EPM solutions
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision while respecting deadlines
  • Ease in communicating and explaining financial concepts to upper management and non finance audience
  • High level of accuracy and sense of urgency
  • Bilingual (French and English) as the incumbent will be responsible to communicate with entities outside of the province.
