What will you be doing?
  • Contribute to expansion: Enhance emotional connections with consumers through targeted marketing communication efforts. Oversee the creation, localization, and distribution of marketing materials across international markets, and drive strategic alignment through regular updates with international partners.
  • Brand Communications Management: Lead the content strategy, marketing calendar planning and execution for owned and paid channels across digital and traditional platforms to build brand image, attract new consumers, and drive sales. Support international teams to drive brand communications, image and sales globally.
  • Team collaboration: Collaborate with the customer marketing team to analyze data, develop insights and strategies for consumer engagement, and communicate results across teams to ensure alignment. Lead cross-functional teams, brand stakeholders, and external agencies/partners in creating and executing regional content calendars, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Drive brand results: Think strategically and communicate the brand's vision across various marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. Ensure marketing and communication messages align with the current brand positioning by communicating effectively across channels.
  • Manage: Coach and mentor direct reports to foster a high-performing team. Manage the annual marketing budget effectively. Assist the Sr. Director of Marketing in executing PR efforts by partnering with agencies to maximize brand publicity, editorial opportunities, influencer outreach, and VIP seeding programs.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or within an advertising agency
  • Proven track record in developing and executing advertising campaigns
  • Strong skills in partnering, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
