As our Territory Manager, you're the driving force behind an empowered, customer-focused team, making sure everyone's energized and ready to hit the ground running. You love developing your employees and guiding them toward their full potential through mentorship, career planning, and performance coaching. Throughout the day, you manage budgets, strategize with the VP of Sales, and fine-tune sales goals to keep your region thriving. You're also out in the field, building strong customer relationships and staying connected to the communities you serve. And let's not forget that you're actively recruiting the next generation of Ag Tech talent from local schools. Your leadership isn't just about hitting numbers-it's about creating a dynamic, safe, and fun environment where everyone wins.

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Relevant John Deere experience
• Previous management experience
• Ability to manage and motivate individuals as well as a group
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Sound computer, database, spreadsheet, email, and business system application skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Comfortability with extensive hours on a computer
• Ability to climb ladders to access equipment
• Ability to crawl under equipment to determine proper repair procedures

You may be working in harsh weather conditions, from extreme heat to winter blizzard conditions.
