Job Description: Our company's Platform Solutions Ecosystem organization works with businesses of all sizes, from startups to leading applications developers, independent software vendors and leading consumer device OEMs. Our main goal is to serve our clients and consumers with best-in-class user experience on our chipset powered smartphones and consumer devices.
The team is hiring an Operations Program Manager to assist with driving our next phase of growth. This role is for a 6-month duration and the successful candidate will primarily work with senior product leads to accelerate new partner onboarding and ensure all operational dependencies are handled.
The Operations Program Manager will work attend meetings with global partners, customers, regional teams and other organizations to track and execute a full range of business operational work streams. The successful candidate must be able to quickly establish trust, build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders and get up to speed on internal processes quickly. Additionally, the candidate must be able to create and manage reports and dashboards. The successful candidate must be familiar with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and PowerBI to quickly store, retrieve and analyze data to provide meaningful insights when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
Work with new customers and partners to onboard them onto the various customer databases, internal systems, and external portals
Ensure the customer has access to the right software, hardware, and documents in a timely manner
ttend bi-weekly meetings with customers to track progress towards short term objectives
Work with senior Operation PMs to track the technical and business KPIs of our customers
ttend weekly regional business development and product marketing team syncs to track progress for each new account
Generate and manage regional reports
Document new processes or changes to existing processes to the operations knowledgebase
On occasion, coordinate with core and regional engineering teams to ensure product milestone requirements are met
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years experience within operations or related field with operations background
BS in Business / Operation / Finance or related field required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong decision making and comfort in making data-driven recommendations
Prior Excel and Power Point knowledge with experience providing executive reporting
Preferred Requirements:
Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred
