Job Description: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day marketing support and program management for the North America Partner Marketing and Channel Marketing teams. Responsibilities will include ongoing support of channel programs and partner engagements including coordination of stakeholder meetings, training sessions, channel programming, and tracking program performance and results with regular reporting and readouts to the leadership team. Multitasking expertise and readiness to dive into a variety of projects from video production, meeting planning, event support and more will be expected of the Marketing Manager. This role will also require customer facing support including meeting facilitation, conducting follow up and outreach and managing timelines and expectations with OEM partners and retail channel partners. Must be proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations, writing and editing in order to create materials such as marketing plans, product launch announcements, internal memos, etc.
Ample experience interfacing with customers and senior leadership
Strong attention to detail and desire to exceed expectations
Ability to work independently and to work proactively to solve problems
Strong written and oral communication with experience copywriting and authoring business documents
Experience in wireless/high-tech preferred
Knowledge of wireless technology and ability to ramp quickly to provide instant support

Data driven decision making abilities with experience driving and analyzing ROI and performance metrics for channel and MDF programs

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience and masters degree preferred
