Prime Physicians is seeking an Anesthesiologist to practice in Hampton, VA.

• Work Schedule: 7am - 7:30pm Mon - Sunday Week on Week Off
• Patient Information: Census is 12-14.
• Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
  -Names/numbers of 3 references
  -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder
  -Must have worked within the last 6 months
• Pay Information: $260/hr or W-2 500k a year with benefits
  No Holiday Pay or overtime rates - note also that this client is under our FSS contract and they are not held to our typical cancellation policy (meaning they can cancel at any time for any reason w/o penalty)
• Decision Making Process: Decision will not be made until the week following
• Privileging Details:  Timeline: 6 weeks List Required health documentation:
  MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu,
