• Must be trained or have the ability to learn most production jobs.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with co-workers
• Self motivated
• Can work independently and in a team atmosphere
• Good problem solving techniques
• May work in any production area in the plant.
• Ensure that all of the team's paper work is properly filled out
• Daily monitoring of "ALL" processes/equipment in your assigned cell project
• Follow all line instructions and fulfill all required duties as outlined in the job specific job description.
