Job Type Full-timeDescription Oversee inventory and distribution of equipment and supplies.Responsible for controlling the inventory, reordering supplies, and checking expiration dates.Inspect, disassemble, sort, clean, and process reusable instrumentation and equipment.Diagnose problems, replaces or repairs parts, make process adjustments.Maintain current training status on all applicable standard operating procedures.Create processes and tools for mobile use of GIS for data collection and consumption.Responsible for cleanliness of department and all processing equipment.Unload supplies, ensuring items are not compromised and stored in correct location according to tracking system storage locations.Support implementation of new technology for process execution and/or analysis.Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situationsKnowledge of OSHA and state regulationsKnowledge of the English language - composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuationSkilled in the use of standard office equipment including telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers, and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Practice Management software)Ability to instill trust from the doctors, co-workers, and patientsAbility to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patientsAbility to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent mannerAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and accept constructive criticismAbility to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and maintain confidentialityAbility to communicate and express thoughts and ideas competentlyAbility to quickly grasp relevant concepts regarding duties and responsibilities Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
