  • Schedule: On-site clinical hours and call if needed

  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, trauma level 2, and PEDs level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. The facility is in need of 10-16 days of coverage per month. The need is for clinic and call, but will consider candidates interested in providing only night & weekend call coverage. There are an average of 14-16 office patients per day. Clinic hours is 8 AM - 5 PM.
