A specialty services company in Illinois is actively seeking a new Customer Service Representative for a promising position with their team in the Greater Chicago area. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer queries & complaints as well as processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across a number of communication channels.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a team of Jr. Customer Service Representatives, as needed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
Qualifications: - 6+ months of Customer Service-related experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Solid problem solving skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
