DescriptionPlanning With Purpose, a boutique law firm in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking an outgoing, detailed client coordinator. Our front-end individual is the first introduction to the firm for potential clients, and will set the tone of the law firm when clients walk into the firm. We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills, is confident in making people feel at ease and accepted, and is detailed. This position also requires organizational skills since many administrative tasks are assigned to this role. Strong computer skills will be necessary, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.We would welcome an individual that would thrive in a family-oriented atmosphere, can work as a part of a team environment, yet has the integrity to work individually to accomplish strict deadlines. This will take a concentrated effort to learn our process and what services we offer in order to successfully manage incoming calls. Promptly organizing, returning, and handing off messages is one the highest functions of this position.•Engage with clients with excellent customer service skills. Welcoming clients, setting the tone of the firm, and serving initial client needs is very important to a client's first impression - you will be the face of the firm.•Scheduling various meeting types for attorneys, communicating with clients regularly for those meetings, and following up with potential clients.•Administrative tasks and responsibilities will include preparing client work product, folders, and internal process sheets, reviewing office work before it leaves the office, organizing and preparing the office for client meetings, managing, appropriately categorizing, scanning, and organizing all incoming mail.•Using multiple software programs, including Microsoft office (word, basic excel, outlook, etc), MailChimp, client CRM, and more. Must already possess strong Microsoft office skills and use a computer confidently.Qualifications•Must report to office - not a remote job.•Must dress professionally, this work is at a law office.•Must have reliable transportation.•Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly and able to work independently.•Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
