  • BCLS
  • ARRT
  • ARRT (MR) preferred
  • Tech Cert Verification - National required within 30 days of start

    Job Details
  • MRI Tech
  • 4x10 hr nights 2000 - 630 (Fri-Mon)
  • Participates in technical duties directly involved with the MRI including developing, initiating, and monitoring procedures for the effective utilization of this unit.
  • Traveler must live 150 miles from the facility.
    Job Requirements
  • ARRT
  • ARRT (MR) preferred
  • Texas Medical Board - MRT
  • Work Settings - Adult Acute Care, Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, ER/Trauma, Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Outpatient
  • Equipment - GE
  • Professional Knowledge and Skills - Isolation Precautions*, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety, Starting Peripheral IVs, Management/lead experience*
  • Special Imaging Procedures - CINE (Cerebrospinal fluid flow study)*, Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image post-processing, Maximum intensity projection (MIP), Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion*, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images
    Schedule Information
