Our Columbia, MD office is looking for a new Senior Client Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact with customers, clients, and prospects as they call or visit our office. The individual's goal is to provide the highest level of customer service and serve as a liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation.
This is an on-site position. The salary target for this role is $45,000-$50,000 , depending on experience.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
  • Provide a high level of exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
  • Enthusiastically greet clients and announce their arrival
  • Handle incoming client calls for appointments and service needs
  • Provide information about client's accounts
  • Document processing, scanning, and copying
  • Process transactions such as money movements and check deposits
  • Manage incoming and outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS mail deliveries
  • Maintains customer relationship management database (Salesforce) and client files - filing, copies, data input
  • Support client service functions for all teams as requested
  • Partner with marketing department to develop local office materials
  • Under the direction of your manager, assist with various office projects as requested, including opening client accounts
Education/Qualifications
  • Customer service /administrative experience is needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
  • Professional presence and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Financial administration experience is a plus
