We do have a referral policy.Job DescriptionEmployee Relations ConsultantReceive inbound calls and conduct case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours per day Provide consultation on general policy questions, drive resolution for less complex cases Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation.Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as neededRequired Skils:•Ability to quickly build rapport, ask probing questions and take thorough notes while talking to inquirer.•Time management in controlling the call (fast paced environment).•Strong documentation, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation in case management system.Desired Skills:•Call Center experience, specifically intake•Working in case management systems•HR / ER experienceResponsibilities:Intake information from a phone queue for 6-8 hours per dayComplete intake form and trackerSet up case in case management systemAnswer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as neededExpectation of 15 minutes per intakeQualificationsAdditional InformationPlease call me at 515-954-3712 if you are interested in this role :)
