Our team of skilled professionals is committed to helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life.nnPosition: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)nnResponsibilities:nnAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.nnProvide compassionate and personalized care to residents with Traumatic Brain Injury, ensuring their comfort and safety.nnMonitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental health to the nursing team.nnAssist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.nnSupport residents in participating in therapeutic activities and rehabilitation exercises.nnMaintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made.nnQualifications:nnValid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts.nnPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is preferred.nnKnowledge of Traumatic Brain Injury care is a plus, but not required.
