Responsibilities:
n
n- nAccountable for personal and observation of residents within patient care policy guidelines. Identify and report any condition requiring management attention.n
n- nFollow nurses’ assignment and instructions and assumed responsibility for assigned residents’ care. n
n- nAssist residents with any needs involving grooming, dressing, bathing, and care as needed with incontinence products. n
n- nPrepare and serve meals within recipe and dietary guidelines.n
n- nAdminister medications per directive of Resident Care Coordinator.n
n- nAssist residents with meals and medications as needed. n
n- nAssist residents with activities as needed, encourage participation in activities. n
n- nMaintain clean environment per posted cleaning schedule. n
n- nMaintain laundry per schedule, assist residents as needed with clothing care. n
n- nOther duties as assigned.n

Requirements:
