  • Every other weekend / Every other holiday starting with Christmas
    Additional Details
  • American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
  • American Heart Association certification is required for RNs in CCU, ED and PACU, MICU, SICU.
  • Must be dated within 30 days of start. For any position requiring a license or certification, attach scanned on-line verification page with a machine-generated date indication when the verification was performed within past 30 days.
  • All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS.
  • Trinity Health Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement must be signed
  • Collecting personal information for verification purposes: 9 Panel Drug Screen, Fit Test, Physical/Health Statement, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap
