Our client, a leader in the field of generic drugs, is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for establishing commercial strategies and preparing the launch of several new products. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing and inspiring his/her team of 2 Product Managers and 1 Associate Product Manager to develop their skills and talents to grow within the organization.
Skills and qualifications :
You qualify for this position if you possess:
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical business practices, as well as strong analytical, portfolio management and product launch skills.
And you preferably have:
Bachelor's degree in business administration (marketing concentration) or related field
Master degree in Marketing or MBA is an asset
10 years of relevant experience in pharma or related sectors
Experience with multiple new product launches
Portfolio management of multiple products
Creation and implementation of marketing plans
Knowledge and mastery of digital marketing concepts
Experience in a B2B environment
Able to multitask and carry out different projects simultaneously
Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory
