Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service to ensure their needs are met. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout their interaction with our company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges, maintaining detailed records of all transactions.
• Provide product information, promotions, and assistance to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
• Update and manage customer databases with accurate information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Assist with any special projects or tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or customer service certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using customer service software, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
