We are searching for a
Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in
Bethlehem, PA . Join our growing and dynamic team and help us in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. You will interact with customers when they come to pick up their orders. You will handle customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, respect, professionalism and a high sense of urgency. Salary based on skills & experience.
Role Responsibilities - Process orders, locating products, handling returns
- Operate sit-down forklift and pallet jacks
- Assist customers with loading their order onto their vehicles
- Assist with general warehouse responsibilities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications - High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks)
- Good communication skills
- Some Will Call experience a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Forklift experience
Role Characteristics - Stands for 3 to 4 hours at a time
- Lifts up to 70 pounds
- Withstands fluctuating temperature changes
- Quickly learns new systems
- Has an excellent work ethic
