Sales Support Engineer Responsibilities Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Address and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues. Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Sales Support Engineer Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of (education and experience) 2-5 years of successful applications engineering / sales support experience in an industrial environment, preferably in pumps, instrumentation, valves, and flow control products Proficient with computers and working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CRM systems, ERP systems, valve and pump sizing programs Heat trace experience Proven performance in sales, self-motivated, proficient delegator, team builder, highly energetic and have a positive outlook
